Munich, July 2026 – BITConEx GmbH has become a member of the Association of Providers in the Digital and Telecommunications Market (VATM) e. V., effective immediately. By joining the association, the company underscores its commitment to actively shaping digitalization, automation, and standardization in the German telecommunications and fiber-optic market. At the same time, BITConEx is strengthening its network within the industry and sending a clear signal of its commitment to expanding collaborative partnerships.

For more than 15 years, BITConEx has been developing innovative software solutions for network operators, service providers, and telecommunications companies. At its locations in Munich, Sarajevo, and Novi Pazar, more than 50 software developers and consultants work on high-performance OSS/BSS solutions that help companies design their business processes to be efficient, scalable, and future-proof.

The company focuses on the development of scalable IT systems, the automation of complex business processes, and the implementation of TM Forum-compliant OSS/BSS solutions. Its core competencies include, in particular, service and resource order management, catalog management, wholesale, partner management, and clearing.

A particular focus is on the digitization of partner and wholesale processes. With the BITConEx Partner Management Platform, the company connects established industry standards such as WITA, S/PRI, WBCI, and FIT via TM Forum Open APIs, laying the foundation for end-to-end, automated, and interoperable business processes between network operators, service providers, and business partners.
